(Hagerstown, MD) – A Germantown dentist has been indicted on charges that he tried to arrange sex with a minor and distributed pain pills without a medical purpose. Dr. Vaqar Choudry allegedly wanted to trade Oxycodone for sex with a minor. Lakeshia McElroy, who rents an apartment above Choudry’s Antietam Street office, says he had even asked her about meeting young girls.
Investigators say in May, two CVS pharmacies told police that Choudry was writing a high number of Percocet prescriptions and that in June he allegedly exposed himself and massaged two underage patients. Earlier this month, the doctor allegedly asked a confidential source to find him a pre-pubescent girl to have sex with. The source called police who set up a sting and Dr. Choudry was arrested after arranging to meet the minor at a Hagerstown motel.
